- Our two streams are great for boating and canoeing along with fly fishing and spin casting for native book trout. Also beaver otter and muskrats inhabit the stream
- Our private 3 acre pond has a sandy beach, spring-fed drinking water (hand pump) , a well maintained privy, and some 2 to 3 lb bass & trout for your family's enjoyment (no fishing license needed)
- Our over 400
acres of paradise takes you through our managed tree farm
and 5 acres of clover fields, which encourage wildlife activities
of Deer, Moose, Turkey, Grouse and an occasional Black Bear.

Kittery take Rt. 236 to South Berwick
- At the
intersection of Rt. 4 in South Berwick take a right toward North Berwick
- Follow Rt. 4 toward Sanford & Alfred to Rt. 202
- At the
intersection of 202 in Alfred go straight across toward Waterboro
- Follow
Rt. 202 & 4 until you come to Rt. 5 in Waterboro
- Take
a left on Rt. 5 and go toward Limerick
- After going through Limerick village bear left at the intersection of Rt. 5 and Rt. 160 (The Free Baptist Church is on the center of the inersection)
- Follow
Rt. 160 for 1.6 miles to Cramm Road on the left (formerly Perry Corner
Road)
- Follow
Cramm Road for 2 miles to the bottom of a steep hill. Southern Maine
Guide Service sign is at entrance of a dirt road on your left
- Drive
down the dirt road through the tree farm for 1.2 miles to the lodge

Portland follow Rt. 25 toward Gorham, Standish, East Limington
- At the
intersection of Rt. 11 in East Limington, take a left and follow Rt.
11 to Limerick to Rt. 5
- At the
intersectin of Rt. 5 in Limerick go right towards Cornish for 300
ft. to the beginning of Rt. 160 at the fork in the road by the Baptist
church
- Follow
Rt. 160 for 1.6 miles to Cramm Road on the left (formerly Perry Corner
Road)
- Follow
